(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I can't make it widescreen please some-one help me.

it just won't work in sony vegas or other programs.

For Vegas. Right click on the video, go to proporties, uncheck 'Maintain Aspect Ratio'. Render it out in 1280 x 720 (Or whatever WS res you want). And voila.

It needs to be the output straight from the dazzle for this to work.

It is that .vob thingy.

is it possible that its because of .wmv?

Look. Once it's rendered from Vegas with the black lines, you can't do the trick, and expect the black lines to be gone. You need to take the original file (Which may be the .vob), and do the trick from there.
