Then I started selling a few itmes, small items like a helmet I used to own for a small price of say £15, and some playstation games, still small prices.

But once My cousin laura bought a blackberry, there were some complications. The blackberry didn't work, and refunds had to be made, she bought another one and other stuff happened that i don't even understand. Anyway my grandad got a call from paypal about how someone was trying to charge £300 to his credit card. Furious he told paypal to clear everything. Soo for about 4 months i haven't used paypal. then I got a letter through the door saying that I am £98 in debt with ebay and must pay it back. I was like You must login or register to view this content. WTF!!! I called the number and the woman told me to go to help, resolution center, open/old disputes, to find out what my problem was and why I had to pay, I checked but there was nothing. No open or old disputes. But she insisted that i needed to pay, but I don't know what I have to pay for...

Anyway i have received 2 phone calls, 1 yesterday and 1 today with suspicious voices. My grandmother though it was a prank call and hung up.

Anybody got any advice on what I should do? I don't mind them shutting my ebay down, i don't use it anymore anyway.

Wow. Don't let other people use your Ebay. Shit ALWAYS happens. BTW my paypal is -$150 in debt, but they've never done anything to me.

Just tell them to close your eBay account.

Have you contacted ebay yet? Sometimes some shady stuff happens with ebay.
