(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Heavy rain was still falling Thursday morning across parts of the country. It was raining in some areas around Seoul at a rate of two inches an hour (50 millimeters an hour) and was expected to continue throughout the day... This dramatically changed after 3 days of non stop pouring down rain, creating land slides which claimed 18 lives.

At least 10 land mines were planted, but officials created blocks to prevent the mines from serious harm to others.

Rescue team has been completely aware to this serious matter and has been the largest shock to South Korea in a century.
