Colleges give away those condoms at the student health center. You pay your health fees with your tuition so you get all the free condoms I actually went in there once and asked for a few so I wouldn't have to come back and they gave me a bag of 10. I also went in there another time and told them I was giving them away as part of a presentation and that I needed 50 and they just said ok and gave me 50 of them in 5 white, wrapped paper bags. BTW I went to CSULB. And if you're wondering what kind of condoms I got, they were a variety of trojans. From non-lubricated to ribbed.
