I have already sent a PM regarding this exact issue and I have already pretty much stated EXACTLY what you said. The issues still have not been resolved and it's really beginning to piss me off because I can't do anything about it except report the post and stuff.

That's not Really fixing anything as I've seen. It just gets closed and a new thread gets posted about something else and it's only a matter of time until the flamers see it and they flame the thread.
