OMG did you read this?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I saw a lot of riddles in this section and thought I would make a competition of it. The one who answers this logical riddle right with a good explanation of the answer will win 50 000 vBux. The end is in one week from today(monday the 8th of August around 8PM GMT+1), good luck!

My riddle

a multi billionaire have invited 8 people to a challenge with a revered of 10 million dollar. If the group doesn't complete the challenge they will all loose one finger. The billionaire start talking about how the challenge will work and the rules:

"I will first put you in a room for 2 hours where you will discuss if you should accept the challenge or not. If you decide to not accept it you're all free to go home with nothing. If you accept the challenge I will take out the first person and place him 50 meters to the south, I will then put an apple or a pear on his head, I will do this so he doesn't see it. I will then get the second person and put him en meter behind the first person and will then put an apple or a pear on his head. I will do this to all the remaining people until they all stand in one line. I will then ask the person at the back (person #8 ) if he have an apple or a pear on his head, when he have answered I will go to the next person and ask him the same thing, I will do this until everyone have answered the question.
Rules:

The max amount of wrong answers is 1, if any more you will loose this challenge
If someone answers more then just "pear" or "apple" you will loose the challenge
If someone makes any kind of noise other when they're asked "Do you have an apple or a pear on your head?" you will loose
If someone turn around you will loose
They cant move or take the fruit down

You will decide who's going first, second, third etc.

The number of apples can be 1-7, the number of pears can be 1-7."

Can they win the money?

If there's grammar or spelling errors it's because I'm from sweden and a little tired atm, hope you understand Smile

Pears are round fruits, so there is no way they would even stay on their heads.
If the fruit doesn't fall off, it's an apple. If it does, it's a pear.

theres no rule saying that they can just let the fruit fall off their heads and fall on the floor and look at it. There's your answer Happy.

If the group doesn't complete the challenge they will all loose one finger. Then you read this: I will first put you in a room for 2 hours where you will discuss if you should accept the challenge or not. If you decide to not accept it you're all free to go home with nothing.

These two sentences contradict each other. Either way they lose the challenge if they go home, and they lose a finger. Then they have to each choose the right answer. So Can they lose the challenge? Very easily.

Can they win the challenge?

Well let's see, 8 people with two possible choices each being if they have a pear or apple on their head. In the room they talk about if they should do it or not, everyone afraid of losing there finger. Having thought about what was said, a guy who realizes even if they go home they still lose a finger, why not figure out a way to win and keep our fingers he says to the others. Everyone looks at him and says how can we for sure not lose? He ponders for a moment and says easily we will start from whoever's at the back (person number eight) and work our way to the front. Each person will either make there voice's pitch high or low when answering the question. High meaning pair and lower meaning apple for the person ahead of them. Even though the males have a distinct low voice, there is only low or high so that matters not & Since we are allowed 1 wrong answer it does not matter if person number 8 is wrong.

So, can they win? Hell yeah and very easily.

Since there is not a rule against lowering or raising your pitch this is an option. Also they are 8 random people that the billionaire does not know, so he will not know there normal voice, and be none the wiser.
