Fail
I Break The Rules.
Things it can do.
-Pop black ballons instantly
-Light cigarettes in unknown time never seen it happen with the Wattage
-Lights matches in unknown time never seen it happen with this Wattage
-Burns holes through walls in under 15 seconds
-Instant blindness (Wear eye protection)
-Burns through paper
-Starts paper on fire.
It would cost me about $300. I know right. But ****ing worth it everyone that has one uses it all the time.
Give me your advice. I can post some videos.

USPS doesn't really care about shipping in the states to other people in the states. It's when he has to ship them out when they get tricky. When he ships one to you, he will most likely send you two packages because you are allowed to ship the components to make them, just not the actual thing.
