I'm quitting college for a year to get things straight. I was offered some pretty cool jobs. One of them was a job in France in a small hotel. And yesterday i was promoted to chef in my current job at a restaurant! But i don't want to only work yaknow? I want to do something for myself aswell.

Well there are literally hundreds of things you could do with a gap year so really it's up to you! As long as you can get a visa, there are work abroad programmes in Australia, New Zealand, Canada. Or if you want to teach English you could get yourself a TEFL certificate and then work pretty much anywhere. NGL this is what you should do, buy a car and travel, drive without thinking about it, go wherever you can, its a beautiful concept which im going to do, buy a car and go, no plans what so ever just cruise and live your life and see where you end up, and on the way you can think of what your going to do with your life, meet new people, see diffrent cultures and learn to apprecite each other!

around the world, i recommend:
Australia, peru, england, most of the US, china, pretty much everywhere, trust me!!
a good thing to do is go to everywhere in one specific continent, I know someone who went to every country in south america (except Colombia, its dangerous :O)
