The scandal involved forging of over a few million of the US citizens financial and foreclosure documents. A company known as document X was sent in due to the lack of the banking company being able to handle this paperwork due to the mass foreclosures. The company, Document X signed a signature known as "Linda Green" for over 20 banks. Forging fake documents. Recently an ex FBI Fraud Agent went to have her foreclosure handled when the bank had said "they lost her paperwork" she then investigated when the said the randomly found it. Come to find out since 2007. The national banks of america have been forging fake documents to save themselves trillions. After being caught the legal issues are still being worked out.
