Girl hacker, 10, finds bugs in iPhone, Android
'CyFi' discovers vulnerability in farm-themed smartphone games

Yes, a Girl hacked different apps in the apple app store/ andoid market because she found too many bugs which crashed her games while she was playing around on them. She had a conference last week, in which she presented the fact that she herself hacked into the games to fix the bugs herself.

"It was hard to make progress in the game, because it took so long for things to grow," she told CNET. "So I thought, 'Why don't I just change the time?'"

The 10 year old girl goes by the name "CyFi" and says she has no intentions to revel the games that she hacked to the public.

Kombust
At least I can fight
That doesn't make sense to me.
First it says she found bugs and fixed them to play.
Then it says she complained how it took so long to grow stuff, so she changed the time?
Cmon that's not really special imo..
besides she should be in the kitchen, not on farming games.

And for those of you saying "Could you do this when you were 10?"
When most of us were 10, This stuff wasn't really around, we'd be jc'ing with our chunky ipod classics :P
And with the amount of people posting easy tutorials online it really is a mockery, she could be curious and search how to grow fast on farmville or whatever and it would be there :P

This article is confusing as hell :S So she finds hacking increasing the time forward and changing a few lines of codes or saves? I doubt she even did this her self as well.

I'd say it's impressive she's a girl hacker because there is lots of 10 year olds around.

I know what you're trying to say i just thought i'd be a penis.

This is the same concept as changing the time on your computer to make things grow faster on games like Hemp Tycoon and collecting profit in that one Assassin's Creed game on Facebook. It's exploitation, but it's far from hacking.

If you couldn't do this when you were ten (well, unless you were just unaware of computers)... I suppose I just have nothing nice (albeit nothing mean) to say to you.
