I wrote all the correct answers down and covered up the answer part of my test. I took it again and only missed 1. I took it again twice today and didnt miss any. So, my question is, does the DMV make new questions? Like, I know they make different tests but, on those different tests, do they put in new questions or do they just make different tests with the same questions but mixed up?

It is randomized, different tests with different questions. They give you like 20 out of like 100 possible questions, so it could be really easy or really hard depending on your luck.

Well, when I went last week, they gave me a total of 46 questions. No joke.

Yeah, it might be different for each state, but I think every state does random questions.
