my question is should i update and why or why not
im currently on 3.1.3 firmware

the only reason i said update to 4.0 was because most apps require 4.0 firmware and i jailbroke it with jailbreakme.com so i dont think it will work anymore

well i really dont use app i just use my ipod for music / cause its only 8 gb and apps kill my battery

go here You must login or register to view this content. and download 4.3.3 firmware for your ipod when its downloaded go into itunes and hold shift+ left click on the restore button and select the 4.3.3 firmware let it update then on your ipod go to You must login or register to view this content. and let it jailbreak then your all set
