So many people use chatboxes, but they don't use good ones, and heck, someone don't know even how to get a chatbox. So, this guide will show you how to.

Ever wondering how to make a chatbox? Want a cool chatbox with admin and moderator powers, a demote and promote option, or even ban and kick option? Well, I'm going to show you how to set-up a chatbox today! And this guide will mostly be copy and paste! And you need nothing besides the program Notepad today, but I guess notepad can be optional.

First, we need to get the Xat code, which automatically makes you owner of the chat. So we need to go to the website to get the HTML code, so go You must login or register to view this content.. Now just click: You must login or register to view this content.

Now copy and paste the code you have, and this is the part that gets mixed up. If you use a freewebs/webs website host, go into your website editor, and click the HTML insert and then just insert the code, and publish your website. Then when you visit your website, you should see the chatbox, and you should have a orange/gold icon.

Now if you don't already have a webhost, and you like to upload files to a web host, open up Notepad and copy and paste the code you got from Xat, into notepad. Now save that file as index.htm, and save it to your desktop. Once you've done that, just go to your website file hoster, and upload the index.htm to your website.
