No way in hell she can suspend you. It happened off school grounds, she can get in serious shit for suspending you due to something that wasn't related to school in any way. Plus she has no proof. No worries.

What millz said is 100% untrue. You should of just told her u didnt go to school there and walled away. They cpuld suspend you as its illegal to smoke until your 50 feet away from school property, even if u are of legal age. Just hope she doesnt find out who u are for a few weeks. She would be stupid ti try and get u in trouble a month after the fact. There will be no evidence and u could just say she was mis understood and lie your ass off etc.
