Haven't you guys ever read the stories on the internet, kids get suspended for stuff the post on Facebook even! So it is possible for her to get you suspended but she is some super stalker psycho bitch if she remember what you look like unless you go smoke in the same exact spot.

Where are you situated? It's different in different areas. For one, here in Canada, you are just not allowed to smoke on school property, other than that, you could be right in front of the school on the sidewalk and they can't do anything. Some high-schools enforce things differently. Regardless, I really doubt that he will get into trouble.

Yep, plus the teacher has no right to be asking of personal identification off school grounds. If she/he was really worried then they would have to get a police officer involved who then could legally ask.

If she persists, the child could claim (even though he is underage) harassment by the teacher.

Things they post on Facebook have to have a relation to school. If they are talking about another student who attends the same school, then it can become a school related issue due to the fact that it spreads onto campus and the likeliness is that the two of you met at school.
