Wake up an hour or two before school. Hop in the shower and take a nice warm shower. That'll wake you up. Then get some breakfast and you should be good to go till lunch. Make sure you give yourself enough sleep though too...that is probably the most important thing.

I suggest getting into a sport. I play Soccer, Basketball, and Football, and go out and play for like 3-4 hours (2-3 on weekdays) and it keeps me healthy and active.

Sleep longer.
Then wake up early.
Have a really nice hot shower, and wake youself up . Have a nice breakfast , and a bit of fruit. Give yourself plenty of time to go to school
Have a really healthy lunch . And yeh ?

Probably not the healthiest suggestion but maybe try talking to your doctor. If the above methods don't work maybe there is some kind of pill he can prescribe like adderall or something.

8 hours of sleep per day is not enough alone. Be consistent on what time you sleep and wake up. NEVER oversleep by the way. It makes you more tired.
