Not getting enough sleep and eating junk food are common reasons for feeling tired.

Well, if you're getting enough sleep and eating healthy.. I'd say it's your self-motivation that's lacking. Tell yourself your work NEEDS to be done. Getting it done as soon as possible is nice. Reward yourself in some way after you're done your day's worth of homework. Another big part of it is extra-curricular activities as well. If you don't play any sports or get out of the house much, you'd probably tend to play video games often and I find they cause you to be lazy, as you don't have to do much besides move your thumbs.

Enjoy future heart problems dude.

Exercise is important for a good nights sleep. If you do very little during the day you often have a bad nights sleep, causing you to be tired. Preventing lazyness is all willpower really.
