Yes , In England because He marries with Rose and She kill him , She throw it to the train but She says it was an accident, so when everybody is on the funeral of Charlie, Aston arrives and He said he wants to buy the house on Malibu , He meets Alan and They become friends so Aston lets Alan lives on the house
