When the time comes for a new Mod, I propose we put a poll up just to see what our members think. Outsider can use this as a tool if he so chooses, or just purely for the opinion and feedback of our members. I think it would be highly entertaining just to see what people think. I would take on the responsibility of hosting this poll, if the idea flies with everybody. So, what do you members think? I think this would be a pretty good idea, for any staff postition, its not like were choosing it, were just giving out input that'll help outsider.

i dont think this is a good idea. the staff, especially admins, recognize those members who go above and beyond and will hopefully make the right choice based off their criteria. secondly based on how SOTW is, the votes are not going to be based on how well the person does in all the areas of being a mod, but based on friends voting for other friends. itd be nice if all the members had legit votes, but that will more than likely not happen.

Hmm the people who vote for whoever they want to be moderater, Outsider takes notice and checks to see if they would deserve that position. Sounds legit.

I don't think this is a good idea. It should be decided by the Staff and the Admins who are the best ones here to watch and see how good people are doing. People will just vote for their favorite member on ngu, they don't really see how there doing on here and all that.
