For me, its biting my nails :carling: I've done it since I was 3 and I can't stop lol. Or, the fact that I continually play Call of Duty haha

Biting the inside of my cheeks/ the sides of my tongue. Mainly from anxiety but I do it all the time.

yeah that's the worst. its a good 2-3 minutes of pain hahaha

I had a weird habit that was to touch things, it was stronger than me dont ask me why i did that i dont know myself, thankfully this has come to an end

same, biting my nails and even my mom calls me a girl when i do it.
