Yeah you should really move for sure. I didn't return a game once and they came by my house and cut off a finger with a cigar cutter.

Like seriously. They will put you on a list for the debt agency's and they will still charge you money from your credit card. If you continue to talk to your bank and get your money. The Repo guys will come to your house, and take anything of value that will add up to how much you owe. If it is just a game, they probably wont do anything but who knows.

Microsoft did the same damn thing to me.. I got a couple free magazines then canceled before the billing started. Well the dumb-asses screwed up and continued to send magazines, so I would return to sender and they would send it back with another copy. Eventually after like 12 issues they stopped sending and started sending collection notices, which I laughed at.. Until they sent it to some company which in turn tracked down my phone service and paid them for my number, then they wouldn't stop calling..

So I paid it.. Now on the other hand my friend was in a similar situation with about $150+(different company) and the debt company garnished his wages.

what do you mean by Garnished?

The company was able to take some money out of his paycheck for a couple of weeks. It's a difficult process for them to start, but obviously a judge gave them permission to do it.

They will catch up to you later on , Better off paying now
