i dont noe how or what to use to make them, anyone noe anything that would help me to make

to make a cool avatar you would need Photoshop (at least that's what I use)
as for animated one, you would need an extra app called Ulead Gif Animator (makes animated gif files)

could you make me a quick one plz ?
just have like a rabbit with a circle around it and it says MelestedRabbit at the top and and the bottom say Just a tank
