There have been a lot of recent studies on way people see faces in things. People have gotten so used to seeing faces everywhere that sensitivity to them is high enough to produce constant false positives. (i.e. you can look at a fuzzy picture and point out faces, or look to the clouds and see a face or two.)
Humans also always need meaning. Which is why you posted this. Sorry to burst the bubble, but this is nothing but smoke.. a mere illusion.
