Depends, did they shorten the days during the normal week. Such as instead of 1 hour it's now 40 minutes or so? If that was true then yea, but if not, probably yea since it is mandatory.

Preferably, I'd rather go from 7:44am to 4:30 with an extended day adding about 2 hours to my day and have that done for 4 days to get Friday off giving Friday, Sat, and Sunday off.

Honestly, most after school activities where I live start around 5pm and end at 7pm giving still 3 hours to do anything.
