They are pay to bid. The amount of people that bid, it all adds up.
They probably have bots automatically bidding too, to keep it going.

Exactly they do!! A couple of those sites have been flagged for those very reasons..

Far too good to be true. From experience I remember on Madbid in particular each "penny" bid costs a pound so when it says £20.00 or whatever for an XBOX they've actually made £200 and so on. The site's make loads.
