-I think that it should be banned unless the girl was raped or if there would be health issues if she were to continue with the birth.

The law was enacted in 2003, and in 2007 its constitutionality was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court, in the case of Gonzales v. Carhart.

Partial birth abortions are so horrible that they were ban. This is what i was describing earlier.

Yes, but your school was trying too tell you this is how abortion is done always correct? Secondly, I promise you that no medical doctor would perform such a sick operation.

So where are you on abortion though>

If you got your girl pregnant at age 15. Then she wanted to take affirmative action by immediate abortion. What will be your first response in this scenario.

Actually in my religion class we covered abortion for like 2 months in and out. But, know we were taught all the ways. In my stand on abortion, i believe if your so long into your pregnancy(Like around 19 months +) it shouldn't be legal. Because if your that far into it, it usually takes a sick way to abort the fetus. So in the end i think partial births abortions should be reban just because of how inhumane they are. Also another way that should be ban is where the doctor takes a tool and pretty much chops the fetus up and literly sucks it out.

No, thats a hard decision. In the end i have no say anyhow. But i would tell her the truth, its her choice, not mine. Even in the legal system i have no say.

Don't think like this you have a say. Talk to her that would be the correct method.
