(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i put my old iphone on ebay and it went for £216.5. i was watching it in the final moments and it got sniped by somebody. but now he refuses to pay and says it was accidental? why would he even do that? then i check his feedback and hes done it again to somebody else the next day and they gave him positive feedback? please help what should i do? spent like £2 on the listing. thanks

let me tell you something, people like them will scam you, may not be beleivable, i got scammed for £517 - just because the person came to collect it, therefore i never had any proof of postage, like a tracking number! & i was 16 at that time!!if you want you listing fees back, contact ebay, you should be refunded 100% as you did not sell the item

thanks how did they scam you if they came to pick it up? did they mug you or somethin? and thanks im never gonna do collection cos i dont want them to come to my house lool and i always send recorded delivery so they have to sign for it Winky Winky and thanks i didnt know who to contact i will contact ebay and request my money back Smile

Yeah, your best bet would be to contact ebay and tell them your situation.

Contact Ebay about the problem, if this guy has done it before Ebay will most likely figure out and ban him.

can't you see the full list of eBayers who took part in the auction ? to contact the 2nd one (just after the scammer) to see if he's still interested in buying your iPhone

no they never mugged me lol, they asked paypal for a refund as they dont want to buy it, & i had no proof of dilevery therefore i lost my iphone 32gb unlocked on all networks!, it happened 15mins after collection

or find the seller like bid on something of his and get his adress. get some of your really hard m8s or something and go bang that bitch!!
