If her coma was not induced, she is most likely having brain damage as we speak. People just dont "wake up" from comas like in TV shows and movies. They change and need support if they do become conscious again. I feel really sorry for you and I recommend to go and see a therapist even if you dont think you need one.

Sorry to hear about your loss, yes it is a loss, because she most likely will not come out in the same cognitive state of mind (if she comes out of it).
