I swear this is like the 20th thread made about this. There is already a perfectly working one made by several people. The only thing most people have asked for is a shoutbox app. Nothing else, but a shoutbox app.

there's an app called berryblab, and it works with vb, but the ngu admins would have to install this plugin thing and they obviously can't be bothered, I suggested it, but I think it was put into unsorted suggestions and will remain there for a while :\
