If they track it you could get in trouble. I suggest sending the $20 back or maybe face more trouble.

Cuz he lied and said he didn't authorize payment. But im not worrying, it was all fake info and i used a vpn. If you make a Canadian Premier account you can send/spend 3700$ before you have to verify it.

All you have to do is verify the account by email. (they send you a code and you have to then enter it) So no CC or Bank acc. But do use Canadian info, just choose a random province and look up a postal code for that province. Then yea, your good.
