I can do the beats and i could record vocals aswell. But i just dont like to rap, nor sing. Its not my thing.

thats understandable. alot of people are like that, im not sure if your uncomfortable but many are along with you if so.

It really depends on what you plan on making, I.E Rap. Just youtube some tuts, I personally Make dubstep, (very shit ) but I can make good wub's. Just mess around with a few sounds and plugins, I'm sure you'll get there FL studio is really good for making basic beats.
