(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well my knee dislocated in December and then it healed and re-dislocated around april. It then dislocated a third time last month and this is when the hospital really started to take an interest.

I had an MRI scan about 3 weeks ago and talked to my surgeon 3 days ago. He said that me and him are going to become close friends over the next 10 years which I guess means Im going to be needing alot of ops. Anyways he told me that everything that could be wrong with my knee pretty much is and its never going to be a good working knee no matter what I do. I'm never going to be able to play football or anything throughout my life and it's getting me down :( I just wanted to know if there is anyone else out there with the same sort of problems?

Duderly bro,
Don't let it get you down, i tore my acl and some other shit in the last football game (american) of my senior year. doctors told me the same thing (pretty much)
all I do is play sports everyday i have free time. just let it 100 percent heal and take it easy for a while you should be fine.

wow, that sounds bad man.but i think when he was saying you can play football anymore dont listen to that, they always say that just so you will rest your knee for a long time.I was playing football (soccer) last year with my team and some guy came in and kicked me in the side of the leg and my knee and ankle were dislocated, the doctor said the same thing to me and after a year i started playing again without pain Smile

Wow 3 times! If you don't mind me asking, what where you doing to cause it to dislocate again and again.

I'v had a few MRI scans on my knees as I'v had problems with both of mine. ( can't remember what was wrong with them though, was a few years ago )
They said to be they would replace one of them, Maybe the other in years to come.

The man who saw me never told me i couldn't play football or i couldn't do any sport again..
Just don't you are them if they could replace the knee cap or do some shit like that lol.

I know the pain though, Its unreal!

Had scans and went for ultrasound treatment on my left knee as it used to just give way and not take any weight sometimes. Don't let it get you down mate, theres always something to focus your mind on and a variety of other sports that you can master.
