(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am using windows xp.

When I plug in my headset using the g6 ( I think, the cables are pink and green ) cables I can hear sound the headset fine, and when I go into accessories > entertainment > recorder I can hear mysleft fine. But when I try to use it online via websites or video games. All my friends here is static, and when I do a mic test( in the game ), all I hear is static. How can I fix this? Rep for an answer

Are you sure the cable is working fine? Maybe it is sliced or something. Also, make sure the cables are fully pushed in.

On your PS3, go to Sound Settings--> Audio Output Settings--> Choose Optical Digital--> 5.1 Surround Sound--> And save settings. This should work dude.

I had the same issue on Xbox...it seemed to be either the connection to the controller but more likely the connection to the volume control switch...

I returned them twice to AxPro, and happened again, gave up on AxPros now...
