I think you might have answered your own question with the "1 month anniversary". You sound too "clingy" or obsessive. Perhaps you have been smothering her, texting her too much, constantly wanting to be with her and so on. Give her some space, leave her alone for a while (not completely ignore her, but try and make small talk, but not too much otherwise she might get the impression as same as before), don't talk to her about the problem and see how it goes. Maybe she's sick of you always asking her about why she isn't talking to her. If you're still meant to be with her, invite her to the cinema. If she says no, then leave it at that rather than ask her why. Then a week later, ask her again, or something different. If she still says no, then invite her to your house or pop round to her and have a proper chat about your problem. Then you can say that you backed off, gave her some space and ask her what she wants from you and see where your relationship will go. And in future, don't give girls gifts for stupid none-important things such as a 1 month anniversary, cos that's just stupid until you know the girl.
