Why Do you think that when the true person to blame for America's downfall was George W.Bush. You must learn to understand history in 1837 Martian Van Buren was in office as the President of the United States. This time was the worst in history during that century. People blamed Van Buren for the downfall, since he was in office but he just began.He tried to fix things but it didn't happen fast until after he was out of office.This was also the time we call boom and bust. The person really to blame was Jackson since his financial measures contributed to the crash. Now lets fast forward to 2000 Bush gets elected, he starts saying the economy is going down. He kept saying this for a long time ( couple months), but this makes a big effect by putting this bad negativity in the U.S. citizens. Thus causing the economy to start to go down very slowly. September 11th 2001 terrorist attack causing the shock and stand still in the U.S. Here we go the economy now starts to fall a little bit faster every year. Bush Leaves office and Obama steps in. People think he can change the economy in matter of 4 years I'm sorry to say but 8 years of letting the economy go down inflames as Bush served messed us up. People blame him for the bad Economy when this really is the boom and bust time, also Bush contributing a lot towards the "the economy looks like its going to get worse" to the people on top of 9/11 happening not saying it was he's fault. So Don't blame, hate, or think he's a fail as president when he's trying to move a couple of feet upward in a 30 foot hole. :p not trying to flame war

i understand what you say but look at what he's done to healthcare and multiple other things he just isnt fit to be president... my opinion bra
