I'm not sure, all I am asking for is a Laptop, trying to persuade my dad into getting me a really good one, (750-1,000) dollars for the one I want, (reason why 750-1k is because there is an upgraded part that makes it even faster but is a bit more expensive).

Yep that's understandable. I have an Acer and I payed $300 for it and it is kinda good but not the best and is kinda sucky if you know what I mean. Can't really run a bunch of programs on it or anything.

Yea, two Majors I am plan on doing, Criminal Justice Law Enforcement and Computer Science. I love both subjects and I love the fact that after I complete both I can still use the skills I learned from Computer Science to do what I want at home and if I ever decided that I hate law enforcement that I have something I can easily slide myself into with the experience I have.

Yeah, I'm wanting to take some kind of major in law enforcement/criminal justice myself. I think it would be a fun and enthusiastic job to be apart of my local police department or something.

It would be, and it is great pay and benefits. Retirement is great too if you go all the way to the end.

I'm planning giving Law Enforcement a try, if I decide that I don't like it I have computer science to fall back on. If anything I can get a teaching credential and just teach the subjects.
