(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, I used to own a 2005 model Ford V6 Mustang with an automatic transmission. I didn't show it off but I was proud of my little stallion. It was a beautiful car with an excellent ride and amazing stereo. Taking it to school (I'm a junior in high school) I found that other people were not that accepting of my little blue monster. They were constantly asking why I didn't get the V8 or the GT like I had an extra few thousand dollars to spend (keep in mind this car was a XMas present from the folks.. I didn't even know they were getting it). This didn't change my opinion of my car but it did bother me a lot. Recently I hydroplaned into a bank and the bank flipped my car and totaled it. We had collision insurance on the Mustang so the insurance company finally settled with us last week and we went vehicle shopping. After seeing some things in our price range and what was mechanically sound we settled on a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 2 door 2WD with around 49.9k miles on it. I figured I wouldn't need 4WD regardless nor would I need 4 doors. I've never carried more than one passenger and the truck fits 3 plus the bed. This truck is in amazing condition condition and it's a better ride than the Mustang. I take it to school and sure enough, immediately the assholes flocked around asking about my new truck. They knew I had got one due to Facebook (sinspawn...) and they were eager to see what I (I meaning my parents) purchased. I show them and tell them the details. Not three seconds later, the group just shunned the truck totally because it was an older model, it wasn't a 4WD, and it wasn't 4 door. No matter what I have I will never please the crowd unless I'm a ****ing rockstar... Just wondering if people in your area are the same way or if you have a similar story.

No
Sadly we judge each other too much on what we have. As a result we are unhappy unless we constant upgrade.
Funny thing is we happy whatever we get.

I do find it funny that people are like ZOMG it a older model
Who cares it a car :/
As long it works and you like it.

Such a great contribution to the community. I explained myself even in the OP before I messed it up and you still do this. Kinna seems below a former staff member of NGU. Guess not right? And op is a phaggot? My apologies for not being as "up to par" on typing as you. People make mistakes, no reason to be a dick about it.

Stop taking everything to heart, I made the post in light humour to make fun of your fail (accidentally posting it with 1 line) .
Obviously I struck a nerve somewhere along the line and this resulted in you becoming butt frustrated.
Because of the said butt frustration, you then tried to turn the tables and make me seem like an asshole, or as you would put it, "troll" (remember kids, anything done with the intention of humour is trolling now a days) .

As for being "up to the par", it's all right if you try, it's the thought that counts after all. Awesome face

It's because kids are spoiled rotten little bastards these days who just expect the biggest and best shit and don't know what it's like not to.
