(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so here's the thing. When I drink rum or vodka my mother is disgusted with me but she herself drinks wine. What's the difference? They both have they same effects. So it made me think, does the alcohol you drink define you socially? This is what I've noticed.

(THE STATEMENTS BELOW ARE WHAT I'VE SEEN THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME, I'M NOT SAYING IT APPLIES TO EVERYONE!)

1. Beer - Usually the men with low pay such as my own father.

2. Rum, Vodka, etc. - Usually people that are young, like to club and what not.

3. Wine - Usually more mature adults that tend to have class, or at least make a stride to have class.

Either way I find it unfair for adults to be judgemental of what we drink and actually I find it to be unfair for anyone to frown upon whatever anyone drinks! Alcohol is alcohol, the majority of us drink it and as long as we drink responsibly I see no real problem. No

You shouldn't be worrying about this sort of thing if your young, drink up and party hard.

It's just so irritating and hypocritical. stare

I keep hearing generally the same answers. Alcohol..is alcohol..they both have the same purpose. It doesn't matter which is stronger or healthier if they do the same thing. Adults are just being hypocritical.

Alcohol is alcohol but it also depends upon concentration, Wine has less concentration than rum so it is better and easier for your body to break it down where as rum is harder for your body body to break down. It is more harmful to your kidneys.

But, other than that, I don't think it should matter we all die and as long as you drink it in moderation and don't just pour it down into your stomach you should be find. Might have more of a hangover but you should be fine.

Who is Stansy?
People see Vodka and stuff like that as "hard" like you're trying to get shmammered rather than a tasteful buzz from wine. Bullshit, all of it! Everyone knows that Vodka is the greatest!

I have to disagree with you, and by the way, rum and vodka dont have the same effects has wine. Wine has a lower alcohol %. And I always see men and women drinking beer who aren't "poor"

Did you just completely miss that or what?

What do you mean it doesn't have the same effects?! Alcohol is alcohol, it does the same thing every time! Yes wine has a lower % but that makes NO DIFFERENCE when stronger alcohols are drank with moderation it's the SAME. Stop being an ignorant ass.

It doesnt have the same effects you dumb ass. It (Wine) has a lower alcohol content. Therefor you have to drink more wine to get the same effect rum or vodka would have.

Also you want to punch me in the throat for stating my observation? You are the ignorant one my friend :dumb:
