Apparently, a kid at an elementary school out here in Stevenson Ranch (a shitty little side-city they made for rich people) made a comment which people deemed to be racist, so they expelled him. Sound simple? NOPE! Here's what happened.

I guess it must have been career day or something stupid like that, because for some stupid reason, a little girl student there had her dad visiting her at school during lunch time. Her dad is black, I assume she is too. The kid who got expelled, Grayson Thomas, made a snide remark to the girl saying that her dad "looks like obama".

WHAT IS RACIST ABOUT THAT?!

Well it's not even the fact that it's racist. According to the superintendent and principle of the school, who are both probably as smart as a bucket of dish water, it was "the way he said it". Obviously this is a case of having a kid on thin ice and waiting for any little slip up that can get him in trouble, because apparently the kid has said racist comments before. But, who's making the decision what's racist? Because saying someone looks like obama isn't racist one fucking bit.

So if I say, "Fuck you you stupid fucking faggot" in a nice and sweet way, does that mean it's not bad?

What if a black person said to a white person "Your dad looks like Bush" Would that be racist? More than likely not. I hate how only White people can be racist. I was reading in the paper the other day that 3/4 Somalian Muslim girls attacked a single white girl shouting things along the lines of 'Kill the white slag'. Guess what. They got let off from courts. Why you ask? Because they had been out drinking alcohol and because they are Muslims they "Are not used to alcohol". Bullshit, right. Yet, a woman on a tram shouts racist abuse towards foreigners and she gets taken to court! So if 3/4 White Super Religious people who had been out drinking for the first time and beat the shit out of a black person while shouting "Kill the black kunt", what's the bet that they would be arrested and taken to court and sent to prison? Very High. Racism only works one way.

We can get called "White Trash", "English Bastards" and so on, but as soon as a white person says "Black bastard" or even "Paki" we are racist?

You cannot stamp out racism when only one colour get's blamed for it. It just won't work.

Watch the Dad's interview on the web page. It really shows just how stupid and unwilling the educators are to listen to reason. They don't even look into the matter at all. If a kid is called a racist by anyone, he's immediately expelled or punished severely, regardless of proof or no proof. That, is bullshit.

This type of thing happened to me when I was in 5th grade. I brought a film canister full of 25 year old pot seeds that I found in my dad's closet to school and a kid ratted me out. Not only did I get expelled from the school district, but I was arrested and taken out of the school in cuffs and a cop car. 5th grade. I was like 9 years old. I understand that what I did was a lot worse, but the steps they took to remove me absolutely ruined my school life forever. And it was mostly about my past more than what I had actually done, because I was a "bad kid". The point is, the educators out here make ridiculous snap decisions that are usually unwarranted.

Did they not consider the fact that you were 9 and might not have had any idea what you had found? I mean, how many 9 year olds know much about weed, let alone weed seeds? (although in this day and age it wouldn't be surprising.) Taking a 9 year old out of school in handcuffs is way over the top. What you going to do at 9 to 1/2 cops? Beat the shit out of them? Hardly. I don't think it's that bad over here, but the amount of double standards we have is ridiculous. Add that to over the top everything. Things that are jokes get taken far too seriously by people. "You said this word and it's offensive blah blah blah" Things people say get taken out of context just so people have shit to complain about. Comparing one thing to something terrible that has happened, even though any normal non dick person can see that that was not how it was meant, but people like to complain. Nothing in our current society can be said (or done) without people complaining.

It's all based out of fear. No one wants to be caught for being racist or being politically incorrect by not punishing a kid who supposedly is.
