Grumpy is God.
So if you don't know what the Jawbone UP is it's basically a wrist band that does EVERYTHING it does fitness it will wake you up pretty much anything it's pretty sweet. WHEN IT WORKS, that is. Now personally I don't have one and I was going to buy one until I heard all the bad things about it. So it was such a epic fail they decided to give a full refund to everyone that bought this piece of shit and pulled it from store shelves. There doing this "No questions asked guarentee" Where there giving you your full refund of $100 back in a check. So I started searching for a real serial number and sure enough I found one on Ebay You must login or register to view this content., so I went to the refund page You must login or register to view this content. and typed in that serial number, sure enough it went through and took me to a information page so I filled it out with my correct info and it popped up with a window that read "By clicking “I Agree” I certify I purchased this band in 2011 from an authorized reseller and have not and will not resell this band, return it to the authorized reseller for a refund, or in any way collect money for this band through another source. I understand that misrepresentation as to this certification may give rise to action against me for fraud, conversion, mail fraud, and other torts and/or crimes and may subject me to legal action under both local, state and federal law." So I stopped and clicked "I do not accept" Anyway I would like to get your opinion on this, do you think they would actually do anything or would they know you got this S/N off of Ebay?
