(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Energy drink, that everyone loves and everyone wants, especially when sitting and playing for a long time or if you are really tired and want to be refreshed.
But what is it that it really does?

Well the 'Taurine' in the drink pushes up your blood vessels so that the sugar etc. may be faster, this is bad for the body to be adversely affected and can do so that you get heart palpitations, it is also about 1500-2000 different toxins in an energy drink, so you can become Sterling (can not have children, you will not trip) you can get wrong with the blood in the body and blood vessels, heart palpitations can give you heart disease that can eventually break your heart stops, about 80% chance that die then.
But one must not forget that it also may cause cancer in various parts of the body.
So think about this when you drink and buy energy drink.
I have almost stopped after I heard this and when I buy one so I say "sterile drinking" and then watching them at the counter at me with a strange look.

Best Regards
Doxis

Actually energy drinks aren't tested by agencies like the FDA. Meaning that potentially anyone can create and allow the distribution and sale of energy drinks as well as stuff like protein shakes. So they aren't tested and don't need to be. So they could be potentially life threatening and I'm sure they are is a sense, everything truly is. Eventually they will be regulated similarly to tobacco with labels on them saying their dangerous effects.

Alcohol can kill you as well, it doesn't mean it is going to, these results are for people who drink 20+ cans a day, which can lead to flutter heart and several of the things you said.

But unless you drink a stupid amount every day its pretty safe.

I used to drink a shit load of redbull. Almost everyday before work I drank a 20 oz. redbull, but I realized I never even needed it. I had the same energy level with/without it so for me it seemed mental. Then I heard how bad they were for you so I stopped drinking them completely. Now, I drink a gatorade or vitamin water, ahhhhhhhh so refreshing =D

I've knew this for quite a long time. It all depends on how much you drink of it, and you should NOT drink it before training.
