My personal account ( I forget the password on this one) my mom wanted to buy something so i made her a new account on the same IP. I made a payment and now it says that my order has been cancalled because you CANNOT have 2 accounts. So theyre investigating the case because i already made a payment on my personal account using the same bank. They told me that theyre going to send the money back to the bank and PROLLY send a €10 fee with it. Seriously? Why cant you have 2 accounts? WHY? i swear to god if they f**k something up ill make them pay.
Trust me, i have 2 accounts on paypal and never had any problems. Please stay away from moneybookers.

That's what I was asking myself, if you have never had an issue with PayPal why not just use them and stay with them...
