I swear, after watching this I just fell in love... she's so sweet. If I'm lucky enough to have a daughter and she said something this inciteful and smart so young I'd feel such pride. This girls parents must be ecstatic.

There are 7 year olds that have passed their A levels, what you should be talking about is not their mental abilities, since I guarantee their is a child that is much smarter than you, many have just not observed how the world around us works. The girl in this video is correct, why can't girls like boy things and why can't boys like girl things? They can, it's just not viewed as normal as our way of looking at things has evolved with everyone's own opinions.

In my opinion, she's smarter than you, from what I can see she doesn't judge people by their gender from what that little girl has said, but you obviously judge people by their age here, stereotyping.

Compared to us who are older, kids are just stupid. You just can't argue with that

Yes you can, like I said, there are many kids out there that have already passed their A levels before even entering their teens! That's is an argument against what you are saying, there I've argued against what you have said already.
Please, stop stereotyping kids just because of their age, do I have to explain the exact same as I did before? A child can be just as "smart" as a grown man/woman, but most do not see things the same as the older generations, to them in early stages it is just a large playground.

Put it this way, think of an intelligent animal that hunts on it's own, now I know we are not wild animals but please, just listen, their are many that are taught how to hunt by their parents and can do so in a matter of weeks.
Another point again, they say in Pre-Historic times the average age people died in tribes were 14-17!! Think about that, many of these must have learned to hunt at around the age of 5! And could probably live on their own in a safe environment by the age of 8.

I don't know what they're called over where you are, but we have A levels over in the United Kingdom as a qualification.

She is not more stupid than us, she is just more ignorant of facts.
Intelligence is not a measure of the amount of knowledge acquired, it is the ability to comprehend and retain knowledge.
She obvisously has the intelligence to make astute observations on social norms.
Rather young to be making those and to articulate them that well.
You can tell her father encourages her to think things out for herself.

It's not just that she's smart enough to know that gender doesn't matter and people should be allowed to do what they want, it's also that she's smart enough to know that companies are actively trying to trick girls into liking things by making the packaging pink. This means as a three year old she's already understood:

Gender-stereotyping issues.
The profit motive.
Marketting methods.
Peer pressure issues.

Not only that but she's confident enough to speak out, inquisitive enough to ask questions, eloquent enough to make sense and form full sentences including correct usage of compare and contrast statements, and composed enough to finish her thought without getting distracted or bored.

Considering that your intelligence is effectively set from birth, you can improve your intelligence by stimulating your mind but raw genetics accounts for most of it, this means this girl is naturally intelligent and is measurably probably more intelligent than all of us. This isn't a case of someone who can do mathematics in their head, this is a 3 year old who understand socio-ecconomic preconceptions... some ADULTS don't understand it, just look at the marketting tactics we fall for every day to trick us into buying something. Ever bought Neurofen instead of unbranded Ibuprofen? Exactly the same drug. Ever bough "organic italian" pasta instead of regular pasta? Exactly the same grain. We fall for this all the time but this 3 year old didn't... I say she's smarter.
