If anyone has been a lifeguard, can you give me pointers or what I am going to expect

Alot of swimming......?

Just dont mess around as outsider has said. I would love to be a lifeguard but i cant swim that well. How long have you been swimming from?

My cousin used to be a lifeguard. He had to train so many kids on how to swim..lol.. And you need to swim alot to get your legs strongerSmile

My best friend is a lifeguard here, and he basically just said all has to do is sit there and watch people all day, but if someone looks like they are about to drown to help them. ANDDD he also said that since your up there you can check out all the hot chicks, and say it's your job.

I was going to try to do it this year but no training courses were near me when i needed them to be.
All i know is that at my gym you just have to sit around and do nothing..

I wouldnt actually mind bening a lifeguard. I would like to be one on like beaches and stuff like that.
