(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Paramount Pictures announced today that Paranormal Activity 4 is indeed happening, which is no real surprise given the box office success of the last installment.

Here's the blurb from the studio press release:

"In 2012, Paramount's release slate highlights include World War Z, a zombie thriller starring Brad Pitt and directed by Marc Forster, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, the next installment in the global franchise starring Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Channing Tatum, a new chapter in the Paranormal Activity franchise, and The Dictator, starring Sacha Baron Cohen and directed by Larry Charles, the team behind Borat."

No word yet on who will write or direct the threequel, but expect production to commence in the next few months in order for the film to meet its October release date.

They better make this one better cus the 3rd was i watched it twice in the cinema didn't even say ahh -.-

I love Paranormal Activity and am happy another entry is occurring.

I hope its better because number 2 blew.

I could make a better movie by setting up a few cameras around my house and dancing in front of them once in a while, but the majority of the movie would just be the cameras looking at nothing. :dumb:
