(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I want to sell slightly used video games on eBay.

I am not a total eBay noob.

I ask you all for some advice.

I need to know the most cost effective ways to list items on eBay, ship them, and the most profitable selling methods.

Ideally I'd like to sell, earn, buy more, sell those, earn more......

I would like to to this for a while and see if I profit at all.

So if anyone has immense eBay knowledge, especially with selling games, please fill me in Yes

Thank you Nate. I've downloaded the .epub version of this just now.
I was still hoping that I could get some insight from someone on here that sells games/gaming accessories. I know eBay is eBay but the more specific the better Smile

I don't like to put down a fellas enthusiasm, but after looking at the eBay UK listings for PS3 games (39,436 entries) I would suggest you look for a different angle to buying and selling games.

My own thoughts would be to put together an ebook and a web site (use a free one).

Use the ebook to publicize the games (with thumbnail covers and a good discription of each game, plus your own experiences with it, if you've played it) you want to sell and use the website to take orders.

To get noticed you have to write articles about the site, games and your game play and submit them to article directories on the net or advertise off the net locally.

I haven't personally done this, but thought about it a couple of times.

I can never find the time.

Hope this helps.

If you don't want huge fees don't make the starting prices high. I sell some stuff for like $250 and get a 20 dollar fee Not Happy or Sad it's pretty annoying tbh the fees are outrageous.

I'm trying to figure out how to profit selling games. It seems nearly impossible with the steep fees on eBay.
Any tips on that?

Do you get your games cheaper and sell them for more than you paid?

I have private methods. I'm not really sure how to help you out. Ebay fees do rip you a new asshole.

Personally I prefer to sell on Amazon because my products sell much quicker. I always sell my items at $0.01 lower than the lowest price. And in my description I put "Ships IMMEDIATELY". I also do ship immediately. This will give you positive feedback and more people will trust to buy products from you when you have 100% positive feedback.
