We would like to produce original content and such were interested in finding out what content you, as a community, would like to see? We're interested in any ideas you have on specific games, videos (any idea for a MW3 series of videos for example) or any content you would like to see produced.

Even if it is not so original, what is your favourite content on YouTube? A poll may be added after we have some responses.

Don't do Call Of Duty. We have a fairly large media team. Let's utilize that. Let's start doing let's play of games that aren't common. Dark Souls, Amnesia, Random PS2 titles, RPG's. Stuff that isn't COD. It's too repetitive and nobody wants to see it. Hell, if the media team wants. Start playing MMO's and live streaming that. I wouldn't mind watching a livestream of Star Wars: The Old Republic. When one let's play is over open a poll and add some games, let the community decide what's next.

As I said in my Media team application. Fun-tages in Battlefield, CoD, Minecraft etc... Dual Commentaries, Road to Commander series in different CoD's, MOAB with every gun or on every sensitivity. Stuff like that, things that are original on YouTube

I agree, Cod is spammed on youtube.. everyone forgets about the other games which are pretty good and if they do stick on cod then yea.. do something different.

How about of possible I don't know what they are called but the things that are on machinima, the call of duty story things. Could involve the community Aswell :p

The most popular videos are cod related so if we can think of something original that has never been done before we could come up with something great =D

I actually just really thought of this a second ago..

We (being ngu) have a Ps3 trophies section and it gets viewed a lot and on top of that we also have a good bit of legit trophy whores, myself being one. And sadly we don't see any trophy guides/videos etc. I think that would be a great place to start. I haven't checked the Xbox section to see if their is an Achievement section but a Achievement guide would work too. You just don't want to go by RoosterTeeth's Achievement Hunter lol.

My suggestion it probably repetitive lol. But I'm sure it's going to work. And not only that if the people on Media Team were more diverse I'm sure people from all over the spectrum for youtube videos would be looking at the channel.

I would like for NGU to become the place to go to watch tutorials.
Most gamers search for video Tuts for specific games and things they're interested in.

We should consider a thread where specific Tuts can be requested.
Our media team can work on those and as they build our library, others could submit links to the best bids they find out on the web. Admins and media staff can add the best ones to a thread for members to use until our own replace them.

I know I get tired looking for videos, on a specific tut, and would come to a site that had already done the work for me.

Just a thought, but for example, I would like to see a video about how to fly a chopper in BF3 or best ways to defeat a specific enemy in skyrim, or how to open a ps3 and solder to repair a YLOT issue.

They're 100's of games out there and we can't make them all at once.
Let's use our membership to help bring some of the best Tuts out there to one place.

I mainly would like to see more funtages/noobtages and stuff but one that are actually good for example it all depends on who's doing the content if you got a pvr or recording device and don't have a passion for utube then whats the point? Also people on utube need to stop rimming the big people like "machinima, yeoush, TGN and whiteboy" etc and give the smaller people a chance they can bring more exiting content that them lot.

I love your suggestion. And I'm sure not just you but everyone can relate to that frustration when trying to find a decent how-to video. Along with what you suggested I thought of this.

We have the PS3 Trophy Exploits, Hacks and Guides section... well that section does have it's fair share of trophy exploits and hacks. But it doesn't really have anything in the way of guides. I'm sure if ngu started doing trophy guides the legit trophy whores would enjoy it (myself being a trophy whore). Not only would people on ngu and in that section enjoy it but people on youtube would enjoy it.

I know that RoosterTeeth has their own thing going on with Achievements and Achievement Hunter but they rarely doing trophy hunter. Of course we would have our own name tacked on it and something that doesn't resemble them .
