You can do anything in your house with a set of 15, 25, and 50 pound dumbbells. Check craigslist for some some cheap ones.

Death is hereditary
I would say P90X or join a boxing gym thats what I did since they push you there while at the gym you have to push your self and its easy to just stop.

My advice to alot of the people on here is go to a fucking gym. Seriously you probably spend enough time sitting and staring at the screen, you should atleast go out and work out for an hour or so. You could get the same results if you just go hard at the gym for 60 days and you'll actually be interacting with other people (CRAZY I KNOW).

Million Miles Of Fun!
Well you could start by shutting your fuarking mouth and going to the gym and stop being such a little phaggot and doing some fuarking squats and some deadlifts, understand? First you squat and then you deadlift, that's the basics of lifting. You gotta squat and then you deadlift, that's the only way to get jacked and you GOTTA DRINK AT LEAST A GALLON OF MILK A DAY, DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?

I don't do that though, it drains my adrenals. I only front squat, back squat, clean & jerk, snatch, the power variations, rdl, pull ups and I think that is about it for now. Do I even lift tho?
