Insanity is more intense than p90x. I would suggest a gym membership though, its hard to be motivated to watch and do the same thing everyday.

Use the Small Fork Diet made by Sir Alan Sugar

Sugar explains that his weight yo-yoed for years, plus or minus three stone, until a restaurant equipped him with a midget fork with which to pry open the molluscs in his favourite dish - clams in tomato sauce.

"I took quite a liking to this little fork," he recalls, "and a thought suddenly came to me - if I retained the fork for a while longer and used it to eat the main course that was coming up, it would take me much longer to do so. I was thinking about this because my family and I are very fast eaters." Though not, apparently, very pacy writers.

Anyway, he persists with the fork and bingo! By eating more slowly, he feels fuller sooner, or as Sugar puts it: "You simply can't get the same quantity of food in your gob."

I have Insanity. I do it every other day while including lifting (even though its supposed to be done 6 days a week straight)
because I have class and homework and what not, and like others of have said, its difficult to keep
the motivation up to do it every day. But its really intense. I played basketball in High School and I would say its
the equivalent of playing a full game of basketball.

Yeah i think you're right, gonna do that but it's not about me losing weight it's about increasing muscle, i'd have to incorporate an eating plan or something!
