On the video taken by one of many witnesses, it is clearly visible that the man was extremely frightened, and not aggressive. But the woman in police uniform still looked like she couldn’t wait to put her gadget into use.

The Police also committed two main crimes when arresting the man:
> The Man had his hands above his head, but they still shot him.
> They didn't state why he was being arrested.

Because, unlike you, some people don't want to be taken to a police station for doing nothing. Also, I highly doubt there is not a single camera there that didn't capture him doing the crime if he actually did it.

You don't have to go no where unless your under arrest so why go anywhere to get anything sorted out. If I haven't done anything Illegal I ain't going no where.

there are a lot of things in life you have to do that you don't want to. and i'm pretty sure most people would rather go into a police station for an hour or two than get tased. countless people have been accused of crimes they haven't committed, and instead of being mature about it, he mad a scene and paid for it.

He didn't even try to do anything to make them think he needs to be tazed. He kept his hands up. He wasn't trying to run. He was standing there. What reason is that to taze someone? It's called police brutality.

2nd. Being Mature doesn't mean you have to go to the police station to get something sorted out. Being Mature and an Adult in the United States of America means We have rights.
I have the right to know what I'm being "charged" with , If not I don't have to go ANYWHERE. Just because a cop asks you to go somewhere and you go , does not make you "Mature".

you watch closely , When they first show him , he's walking around the tents and you clearly see the 3 cops walking toward him and other cops coming from the side and If you listen he says " why are you following me? " , puts his hands up and while walking away (not resisting since he has not been charged with anything!!!!!) and then the kunt tazed him .
